It’s time for my first project of 2021! I am heading back to the Victorian era with a new bustle dress, this one from around 1884. I am calling this my Peppermint bustle, as it’s made out of red and white striped cotton fabric from the Christmas section at Joann Fabrics. In this video, I will be making the underskirt and overskirt, and starting on the miles of pleats that will adorn these skirts.
