This blue dress belongs to Espoo City Museum. It features the gigantic leg-o-mutton sleeves that were fashionable mid-1890s. Let’s look at this dress a bit closer. My warm thanks to Suvi Kettula and Espoo City Museum for allowing me to see and touch this beautiful gown.
